Located in the heart of Port Grimaud, This well-maintained 2-room ground floor apartment has a lovely terrace garden, a 12x4m mooring spot as well as a designated parking space. The fabulous beaches, chic restaurants, cafés, bars & shops are just a short stroll away.

The Apartment

A good-sized entrance hall leads directly to the sitting room with plenty of space for a large sofa. The practical kitchenette is alongside.  

Whilst the apartment is a fantastic base with all the amenities of the town close by, you may wish to couple the apartment with a boat that has comfortable sleeping quarters, as the apartment only has one bedroom that whilst currently is fitted with a single bed, we believe a double bed would be accommodated.  You could also install a sofa-bed in the sitting room to boost the sleep space.

Both rooms are on the ground floor as all the accommodation is on one level.  A bathroom and separate WC complete the living quarters.  Aside from the monastic sleeping quarters, this apartment is notable fo the clever use of storage space and there are plenty of cupboards and storage solutions that make the most of the space.


The kitchen/living space opens onto the terrace with a garden and plenty of room for seating, both on the lawn and under the cover of the terrace.  Just beyond the garden is the 12 x 4 moor spot.  Just incase you need to travel by car instead, there is also a numbered parking space nearby. 

Known as the ‘Venice of Provence’, Port Grimaud is a charming village in the Gulf of St Tropez. The houses in the village are all painted in ochre, pink and turquoise with wrought iron balconies and terracotta Roman roof tiles.  A boat-lover’s paradise, the village is arranged around 4 islands, all linked by bridges and as a result, there is very little car traffic.

Port Grimaud’s beautiful sandy beach is just a short walk and there are a variety of water sports to enjoy – water-skiing, sailing, snorkelling and scuba diving.  There is a lively local market twice a week, where you can buy the best fresh Provençal produce and there are also plenty of shops and amenities in the village. 

A regular boat service to St Tropez means the town’s famous ancient winding alleyways, pavement cafés and chic restaurants are easily accessible.  A short drive inland and there is plenty to explore including the Massif des Maures, the local vineyards and, of course, the beautiful hilltop villages and mountain walks.

The nearest international airport is at Nice, a 1hour 13 minute drive around the Côte d’Azur.  There are plenty of companies offering airport shuttles between the airport and Port Grimaud
