On the ground floor is the main living room which is nicely decorated and has plenty of Breton character with the exposed stone walls. This room is south-facing so gets plenty of light. The focal point is the wood-burner which sits within the original fireplace and heats the whole house. The kitchen is rustic, but perfectly functional with plenty of space for a good-sized kitchen table.

The property is located in a peaceful hamlet a few minutes from the pretty village of Berrien (which has an excellent bakery). The town of Huelgoat is a 15min drive. Here you’ll find a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc.
The Armorique National Park is on the doorstep and is perfect for hiking, biking, wild swimming etc.
The ferry port at Roscoff is a 45min drive, whilst St Malo is 2hrs away. The stunning Brittany coastline is easily accessible, with the option of venturing to the picturesque north coast or the more dramatic west coast.
